Hi! I’m Jessica Steubing and the active partner in The Marquardt Ranch. (This is my husband Dru - the other partner). I handle all of your accounting needs, Floral Design and general office items. You will catch me in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and doing floral on event days. See more about our family on the About Us page.

Sheryl is our Site Manager and general do-er of all things. She wears many hats and wears them well. Sheryl has a long history of being in the hospitality and food industry and is a “foodie” herself. You will find Sheryl in the office on Wednesdays and Fridays and at events on the weekends. Her husband Mac often comes to lend a hand when needed too. Sheryl is a mother of 3 and grandmother of 6.

Dolores is our helping hand whenever we need it (she is also mother to Dru ad Mother in Law to Jessica). She often comes down to assist in floral and help keep our office in order. She makes sure we all remember to water the plants and keeps things together here. Dolores is also a Marquardt. She grew up on the ranch and lives here today. The Marquardt Ranch holds a special place in her heart.
